The purpose of this Personal Data Protection Charter is to inform you about the processing of personal data operated by VEOLYS, and how you can exercise your rights to that data.

1.1    Data Processing Object

1.1.1 Finalities

The purpose of the processing is to make tertiary building management software available through the NouvelAtrium and Nebulo online applications, as well as managing veOLYS customer and lead relationships.
It allows VEOLYS:

• Create the user account ;
• Provide application-related services ;
• Manage response requests and alerts ;
• communicate with customers and prospects, app users and site visitors www.veolys.com ;
• Improve and customize its services ;

1.1.2    lEgal Base

The legal basis for the treatment is contractual or pre-contract execution at the client's request. VEOLYS is responsible for processing relationships with its customers and prospects of VEOLYS, and subcontractor of the client who contracted with VEOLYS to make its building management software available.

1.2    Processed data

1.2.1    Categories of data processed

• Customer and user identification data (name, first name, phone, login, password, email address, photography as an optional);
• Service usage data (IP address; browser used; operating system; authentication data collected using a session cookie; analytical cookies relating to site usage);
• Data related to interventions and mission files on buildings;
• Exchanges with customers, users and visitors to the site.

This information is collected from the customer and/or the person concerned.

The data collected is necessary for the provision of the service.
Photographs are optional.

1.2.4    People affected

The people affected are users of the NouvelAtrium and Nebulo applications as well as VEOLYS customers and prospects, as well as visitors to the www.veolys.com website.

1.3    Data recipients

1.3.1    Recipient categories

Depending on their respective needs and in the strict framework of the execution of their respective services or missions, are receiving all or part of the data: the authorized staff of VEOLYS, and the technical providers in charge of hosting, developing applications.

You can access and get a copy of your data.

• Connectez-vous à l'application Nouvelatrium avec le compte à supprimer.
• Aller dans Menu > Paramètres.
• Dans l'onglet "Profil", vous trouverez l'action pour supprimer votre compte.
• Confirmez votre action (celle-ci est irréversible).
